Refund & Deposit Policy

At Solo Element Concepts LLC, every project is built from scratch — with real time, real materials, and real commitment. Because of that, we have firm but fair policies in place to protect our time and your investment.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects. This secures your booking and allows us to purchase materials and begin preparation.
Balance & Payment Terms
The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods include Zelle, cash, or business invoice.
No work will begin until a deposit is received.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking for any refund consideration. If work has begun or materials have been ordered, no refund will be given.
Please communicate as early as possible if something changes — we understand life happens, and we’re here to work with real people.
Completed Work
Due to the custom nature of paint and airbrush projects, all sales are final once the project is complete.
If you have a concern or believe something wasn’t delivered as promised, please reach out within 3 business days of pickup or delivery. We want every client to leave satisfied, and we’ll always discuss solutions professionally.
